Sarah grew up in Aspen, Colorado, where she attended Aspen High School and was an active member of the National Honor Society, graduating in 2002. She pursued higher education at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications, graduating cum laude in 2006. During her college years, Sarah was highly involved in leadership roles within the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, culminating in her election as president.


After her time at Rollins College, Sarah continued her education at Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned a Juris Doctor in May 2010. Her law school tenure was marked by significant involvement as an associate editor in the Environmental Journal and participation in the International Law Practice Clinic, which equipped her with valuable legal skills and knowledge.

Sarah's Career

Sarah began her professional career at American Express in 2011, where she was involved in corporate account business development and quickly distinguished herself as a top performer both as a rookie and as a tenured manager.


In 2013, she returned to the legal field, starting at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity's Office of the General Counsel, where she focused on community planning and strategic business development. This role significantly deepened her understanding of government processes and regulatory frameworks, paving the way for her later specialization in public finance and special districts.


In 2014, Sarah joined the firm Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., where she later became a shareholder. Here, she extensively worked in the Special District practice group, representing various clients, including real estate developers and numerous special districts, and focusing on community development and infrastructure projects throughout Florida.

Transition to Bryant Miller Olive P.A.

By January 2022, Sarah transitioned to Bryant Miller Olive P.A., specializing in public finance law. In this capacity, she continued her focus on representing local government clients, ensuring the successful completion of public finance transactions, and collaborating with leading industry experts.

Favorite Pastimes

A lifelong equestrian, Sarah Warren began riding at the age of six and competed in the national horse show circuit. At Rollins College, she was instrumental in establishing the Rollins College Equestrian Team, serving as its president for two years. Beyond horseback riding, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and engaging in various outdoor activities. Her love for reading and creative writing has its roots in her academic background in English, influencing her professional and educational endeavors throughout her career.
